By engaging with Gateway, you signify your acknowledgment and agreement to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Introduction

Gateway Technologies Somalia LLC is a leading ICT solutions provider specializing in software development, IT infrastructure, and managed services. These Terms & Conditions ensure the fair, secure, and professional use of Gateway’s offerings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gateway’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. Gateway reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. Services Offered

Gateway provides ICT solutions, including but not limited to:

Software Development
ICT Consulting
Network & Infrastructure Solutions
Hardware Supply and Support
Managed IT Services

Gateway reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update its services with reasonable notice provided, where applicable.

4. User Responsibilities

Users of Gateway’s services agree to the following:

Provide accurate and complete information during engagements.
Use Gateway’s offerings solely for lawful and intended purposes.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Refrain from attempting unauthorized access, disruption, or misuse of Gateway’s systems, data, or services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, software, and content developed or provided by Gateway remain the exclusive intellectual property of Gateway Technologies Somalia LLC unless explicitly transferred through a signed agreement. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify proprietary content without prior written authorization.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due within the timeframe specified in contractual agreements.

Late payments may result in penalties, service suspension, or legal action.

Invoices must be settled promptly to ensure continuity of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gateway shall not be held responsible for:

Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.
Loss, corruption, or unauthorized access of data caused by third-party factors or events beyond Gateway’s control (e.g., force majeure).

8. Confidentiality

Both Gateway and users agree to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during engagements. Gateway implements robust security measures to protect client data, while clients are obligated to safeguard proprietary information provided by Gateway.

9. Termination of Agreement

Gateway may terminate user access or service agreements in cases of misuse, breach, or failure to adhere to these Terms. Similarly, users may terminate service agreements with prior written notice, subject to the terms outlined in specific contracts.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Any disputes will be addressed through arbitration or legal proceedings within Somalia’s jurisdiction. Both parties agree to resolve matters in good faith.

11. Amendments

Gateway reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or service offerings. Notification of amendments will be made available via Gateway’s official communication channels.
